New Delhi: BLS International Services Limited, a global leader in tech-enabled government and diplomatic services, has been awarded a prestigious three-year contract by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
Under this agreement, BLS International will establish and operate Indian Visa Application Centres (IVACs) in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, China, effective from October 14, 2025.

The new contract authorizes BLS International Services to manage the setup and operations of state-of-the-art IVACs, designed to offer a seamless and secure visa application process.
The centres will feature upgraded infrastructure, advanced technology systems, and multilingual personnel to provide efficient and customer-centric services for applicants across China.
